A little over a year ago I was sitting at about 350 pounds and extremely unhappy. I made the decision to change my life and my habits. I was able to learn what I needed to do and I started doing what I could. As I got a little deeper into my weight loss journey I found an incredible community that has helped me meet and exceed my goals. Cut Complex has been an incredible addition to my routine. Waking up in the morning and taking a scoop with breakfast, or taking a scoop before a workout really gives me the edge I need to push through a tough session. I love the mental boost that it gives me, during the semester I like to take a small scoop to help stay alert and focused during some of the rougher lectures.

As of today I have lost 73 pounds, I am faster, more confident, and happier than I have ever been in my life. I give a lot of credit to Skip, Bryan, and the whole crew at MWM. They have helped me develop amazing workout plans, meal plans, and great tricks and tips to continue reaching my goals.

I had been struggling for years with knee pain and overall aches and pains of getting older. My job is labor intensive and with the extra weight I was carrying things were getting harder to get done. When my friend introduced me to Cut Complex and Muscle With A Motor I figured I had nothing to lose but weight so I joined one of their 8 week challenges. Cut Complex gave me the energy I needed to not only get through my day but to get a solid work out in as well. With the custom nutrition plan, Cut Complex, and support of the MWM community I was able to lose ~40 lbs in that 8 weeks. I feel better than I have in years and the aches and pains of my knee and body have subsided greatly.

Doing the weight loss challenge was awesome! This was finally a meal plan I could stick with, along with an exercise program that actually showed visible results. The Cut Complex gave me the jump-start I was lacking each morning and kept my energy levels up throughout the day. From start to finish with the challenge, I lost 7 pounds and 4.4% body fat. I feel confident with the workouts now and continually see improvement in my muscle tone and strength levels. I feel great and am so excited to continue investing in my health and making myself better every day.
